Over the years, GSS has worked with many clients who either live in a home they own at the time we become involved or desire to purchase a home.
Our Property Managers have extensive experience working with real estate professionals on the purchase or sale of a residence to ensure the transaction results in the best interests of the client. For clients who already own homes, our Property Managers exercise due diligence and care in coordinating with licensed, bonded and insured contractors for everything from maintenance and repairs to renovations. We also have extensive experience working with occupational therapists to renovate homes to accommodate the needs of a beneficiary with disabilities. We also have a rigorous program in place for establishing, tracking, and maintaining homeowner’s insurance policies for all of our clients with real property assets. When required by our legal role or requested by the client, we also track and maintain payments for property taxes.
When serving as PR or Administrator of Estates, GSS has a network of reliable vendors it can contract to handle estate sales, ship sentimental items to heirs and loved ones, donate and clear-out unwanted or unmarketable personal property, and prepare houses for sale.
